How to place an order?
To place an order, you need to fill out our request form. Please indicate the desired menu items and their quantity, number of guests, delivery date and address. To ensure successful completion of your order, we ask that you provide information at least 2-3 days before the event. Please remember that a 50% prepayment is required to confirm your order.
Is there a minimum number of guests for catering services?
There is no minimum number of guests for catering. However, some menu items have a minimum order requirement.
For example:
Salads: minimum order – 1 kg
Canapés and sandwiches: minimum order – 6 pieces
Baskets: minimum order – 8 pcs.
Pockets with curd cream, eclairs, muffins and baskets with curd cream: minimum order – 6 pcs.
This helps us ensure the quality and maintain the freshness of our products.
How long can ready products be stored?
The shelf life of cakes is 72 hours, provided they are stored in a cool place at a temperature of +2…+6 °C; The shelf life of dishes on a cold table is 4 hours.
What are your terms for cancelling or changing an order?
When canceling an order, the prepayment money is not returned if there are less than 2 working days left before the order is completed. Otherwise, if the order is canceled more than 2 business days before the order is completed, 100% of the order amount will be refunded.
