Terms of Sale
Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods at the Danira online store, owned by Danira OÜ (registration code 12660894).
The service requester submits an application through the website www.danira.ee, via email info@danira.ee or by phone at +372 55948 362. The following information should be included with the request: description of the event, venue, date, duration of the event, number of guests, menu preferences, and delivery method. After receiving the information, a proposal will be prepared for the client within 24-48 hours.
2. Orders must be placed no later than 2-3 working days before the event. We will also try to fulfill orders submitted earlier or later if possible.
3. Payment for the order can be made via the LHV, Luminor, Swedbank, and SEB bank links or to the bank account based on the invoice sent to the email. Invoice: Swedbank EE322200221059708019.
3.1. Payment can only be made in euros.
4. DELIVERY TERMS
We provide free delivery within the BLRT enterprise area (Tallinn, Kopli 103), €7 for Tallinn, and €15 for its nearest surroundings (Tallinn + 15 km). When placing an order, please select the address, date, and preferred time slot. If you are unavailable at the specified delivery time and your provided contact phone number is unanswered, the courier has the right to leave the location without delivering the order. In this case, the buyer has no right to make a claim or ask for refund. Due to reasons beyond the delivery service’s control (traffic jams, temporary changes in traffic, etc.), product delivery may occur 30 minutes earlier/later than the specified time slot.
5. The customer confirms the sent proposal in writing via email. Based on the proposal, Danira OÜ reserves the right to issue the customer an advance invoice for no less than 50% of the total proposal amount. Danira OÜ reserves the right to refuse to execute the proposal if the advance payment is not received within the specified period. You can pay for the order both by bank transfer and in cash; execution of the order will begin after receiving the prepayment. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of the event. In case of order cancellation, money will not be refunded if there are less than 2 working days left until the order execution. Otherwise, 100% of the money will be refunded.
6. Due to limited shelf life, Danira OÜ is not responsible for the quality of food brought home from the event by the customer of the service. Food is served in disposable dishes that do not need to be returned after the event.
The shelf life of warm food is 2–4 hours.
The shelf life of salads is 6 hours.
The shelf life of confectionery and bakery products is 72 hours.
7. In the case of Danira OÜ products, we deal with perishable and aging products; therefore, the customer does not have the right to refuse the order (in accordance with VÕS § 53 (4) point 4).
8. If Danira OÜ is unable to fulfill the order (partially or completely), the seller will contact the customer and offer a replacement product. The cost of the unfulfilled order will be refunded within 7 (seven) days. Refunds will be made to the same customer’s bank account from which the order was paid, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. If you paid for the order in advance by entering your card details, the money will be refunded to the same payment card and you do not need to enter the account number separately.
9. Cars are used for product transportation. If the customer orders warm snacks and bakery products from Danira OÜ, it should be noted that this product may arrive cold to the customer (if courier delivery is ordered or the customer collects the order later than the agreed time).
10. The seller has the right to set the minimum and maximum weight/quantity of products that the buyer can order.
11. The shelf life of cakes is 72 hours, provided they are stored in a cool place at a temperature of +2…+6 °C; The shelf life of dishes on a cold table is 4 hours.
12. Products may contain allergens. For more detailed information, inquire via

13. The seller is the responsible data controller. The seller transfers the
necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor. If the order does not meet the provided terms, Danira OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order.
How to Order?
When ordering a party table online, it must be done no later than 2-3 working days before the event. We also try to fulfill orders faster if possible.
Online order:
1. Select the desired products and their quantities. You can increase the quantity. If the product description indicates kg, then the minimum quantity of this product is 1 kg. If the quantity of the product is one piece, the minimum quantity is regulated in the product list.
2. Go to “My Cart” and enter your contact information.
3. Choose where you want to receive the food.
4. Select the payment method.
5. Choose the date and time when you want to receive the goods, accept the terms. 6. Confirm the order.
7. After confirming the order, you will be redirected to the bank for payment by selecting the bank link. If you choose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent to you by email.
8. Make the payment at the bank. You will receive a payment confirmation to your email address. When using bank links, after payment, be sure to click the “Return to Seller” button.
9. A confirmation of the order will be sent to your email address.

selected. Delivery of orders on holidays is by agreement.
